Mitchell L Klein CPA

Mitchell is a graduate of Hofstra University with a BBA in Accounting and an MBA in taxation. He has been a partner in Fasman, Klein & Feldstein, CPA’s for over 20 years.
His area of expertise includes General Accounting and Tax, Real Estate and Construction accounting as well as Partnership Taxation.

Mitchell is a past president of the National Conference of CPA Practitioners (a national organization of practicing CPA firms with over 1,000 member firms), chaired the Tax Committee and served on the IRS Tax Liaison Committee. He served on the AICPA’s (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants) “Small Business Tax Committee” in addition to serving on AICPA Council. The AICPA represents over 330,000 CPA’s nationwide.

He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, New York State Society of CPA’s, National Conference of CPA Practitioners and the New City Chamber of Commerce. Mitchell lectures on Partnership and Individual Taxation and has been published in “Accounting Today” and the “Practical Accountant.”


Alan D Feldstein, CPA

Alan is a graduate of the State University of New York at Albany with a BS in Accounting. He has been a partner in Fasman, Klein & Feldstein, CPA’s for over 18 years. His area of expertise includes General Accounting and Tax, Construction, Not for Profits, as well as Estates and Trusts.

Alan is a past president of the National Conference of CPA Practitioners (a national organization of practicing CPA firms with over 1,000 member firms), co chaired the Issues Committee and served as the organizations legislative liaison in Washington DC. He served on the AICPA’s (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants) Insurance Subcommittee and is currently serving on AICPA Council. The AICPA represents over 330,000 CPA’s nationwide. Alan also served for 8 years on the board of the Arts Council of Rockland, the last three years as it’s chairperson.

He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, New York State Society of CPA’s and the National Conference of CPA Practitioners. Alan lectures on Estate and Trust Taxation and has been published in “ The New York Times” “Accounting Today” and the “Practical Accountant.”
